Sammy Sundays was established by Joshua Bassett and Rita Konopasky in  June of 2023. 

 

Driven by the realization that the less fortunate and helpless are far too often overlooked-- on practical and emotional levels– they took action. 

 

Visiting the nearest 99 cents store, they purchased as many supplies as possible, stopped by Subway, and engaged their friends to help. 

 

With love, Jesus, and no plan, Sammy Sundays was born!
